Auto-Wares Group of Companies in Jackson, MI is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead our Auto Value Jackson store. You will train staff, implement approved processes, uphold company values, drive sales, manage daily operations and inventory, and build strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver License with acceptable driving record.
• Able to pass pre-employment physical and drug test.
• Automotive parts experience of at least 2 years.
• Leadership experience of at least 2 years.
• Able to commit at least 45 hours per week.
• Customer focused with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Train staff using Auto-Wares procedures and handbook.
• Uphold company values and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Represent the face of the company in every interaction.
• Develop product knowledge of parts and services offered.
• Facilitate sales and operation meetings with the team.
• Build rapport with customers and address inquiries promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized store appearance and inventory per SOP.
• Run daily operations and delegate tasks to staff.
