Responsibilities

• Lead the store and set a positive example for staff
• Train staff using the Auto-Wares Handbook procedures
• Uphold company values and drive customer satisfaction
• Represent the store and create positive customer experiences
• Develop deep knowledge of parts and services offered
• Facilitate team meetings and sales/operational updates
• Build rapport with customers and respond to inquiries promptly
• Ensure store is clean, organized, and properly stocked
• Oversee inventory and daily store operations per SOPs
