Job summary

NAPA in Salisbury, MD is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead operations, drive revenue, and manage P&L. You will build a strong team, deliver exceptional customer care, and capitalize on wholesale opportunities in a high-volume auto parts environment.

The role requires a passion for retail leadership, inventory control know-how, and the ability to navigate POS and catalog systems. ASE certs and automotive industry background are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Passion for delivering customer care and building long term relationships.
• Knowledge of inventory controls, stocking levels and seasonal shifts.
• Ability to operate a cash register and navigate computer/catalog systems.
• Background in automotive/retail/dealership preferred.
• ASE Certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify new customers and revenue opportunities for the store.
• Shift into high gear in a fast-paced retail store environment.
• Help outside sales in identifying, developing and maintaining wholesale accounts.
• Build, guide and develop an engaged crew to deliver customer care and results.
• Steer towards continuous improvement in processes and procedures.
• Protect and maintain store assets and ensure safety and appearance.
