Genuine Parts Company’s Salisbury, NC-based NAPA store is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a high-volume, customer-focused team. You will own P&L, map business plans, and drive profitability while delivering top-tier customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Lead a dedicated crew, identify growth opportunities with both retail and wholesale channels, and ensure store assets are protected and maintained to uphold safety and appearance standards.

• Experience handling store profitability, expenses and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Identify new customers and revenue opportunities for the store
• Shift into high gear in a fast-paced retail store environment
