Qualifications

• Experience in automotive aftermarket or willingness to learn all things automotive.
• Leadership experience and passion for customer care.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment.
• Knowledge of cataloging or inventory management systems.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work physical shifts.
• Experience in a parts store, retail or automotive settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner daily with Store Manager on operations, sales execution, inventory health, labor alignment, and team performance.
• Actively sell and build customer relationships across retail and wholesale channels.
• Model expected behaviors, processes, and customer standards.
• Execute opening/closing routines including security and cash reconciliation.
• Handle scheduling input, compliance docs, and performance reporting.
• Monitor store metrics and uncover trends to drive solutions.
• Provide leadership, training and mentoring for store functions.
• Support talent development and succession planning.
• Drive safety, asset protection and continuous improvement initiatives.
