Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience managing a team of 10-20 in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience driving profitability and financial metrics.
• Knowledge of store systems and automotive parts is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Achieve overall store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage and grow Professional Customer relationships and sales.
• Hire, develop, coach, schedule and engage store team members.
• Ensure execution of inventory and operational standards.
• Coach team to meet customer expectations (DIY and Professional).
• On-duty responsibilities including safety, opening/closing duties and coaching.
