McCarthy Auto Group is seeking a Full-Time Parts Consultant at our Hyundai location in Lawrence, KS. The role supports the Service and Sales departments, as well as Wholesale and Retail customers, with a friendly and professional approach.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, identifying parts, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of parts for same-day repairs. A fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• One or more years of Parts Counter experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service by listening to customer inquiries and requests and supplying parts in a timely manner.
• Perform customer service and stocking duties related to receiving, sales and delivery of parts and accessories with emphasis on same day repairs.
• Identify parts needed to provide accurate price and availability.
• Assist with inventory management, checking in, inspection and stocking of parts.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Demonstrate commitment to superior customer service.
