Qualifications

- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging and sales or service is a plus.
- Spanish language skills are highly desired.
Responsibilities
- Promote and follow company customer service programs.
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting merchandise.
- Assist professional customers as needed.
- Answer store calls, lookup parts, quote prices, and offer related items.
- Handle cash, checks, credit transactions, and returns per policy.
- Resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
- Perform daily operational tasks like stocking, planogram updates, and inventory counts.
- Operate store equipment after training and company requirements.
- Provide in-store services (e.g., wipers, battery tests) as allowed by law.
- Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle if needed.
