• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs.
• Greet retail/walk-in customers in a friendly manner and assist with merchandise selection.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists as needed.
• Provide excellent service to customers calling the store by phone, look up parts and quote prices.
• Process exchanges and returns for credit per company policies.
• Maintain cash drawer, handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
• Assist with stock updates, planogram changes, and inventory tasks.
• Perform in-store services such as wipers, batteries, and vehicle tests where allowed.
