Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist them in merchandise selection.
• Promote and follow company customer service programs; support professional customers as needed.
• Handle cash, process transactions, exchanges and returns in accordance with policies.
• Provide phone support by answering calls, looking up parts and quoting prices.
• Assist with daily image maker, planogram updates, stocking, and fronting.
