Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences (alphanumeric matching).
• Provide outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service.
• Must multitask, handling in-store and phone interactions.
• Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, Weatherly Index System, and automotive sales/service.
• ASE certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages, Spanish highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Support store management and professional customers as needed.
• Answer store calls, look up parts, quote prices, and promote related items.
• Maintain cash drawer and process transactions.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy.
• Assist with stock, planogram updates, and inventory counts.
• Perform in-store services such as wipers, batteries, and headlight work where allowed.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle if required.
