Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts in Locust Grove, GA is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver a high level of service to retail and installer customers. You will greet customers, assist with merchandise selection, and support store management. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and ASE certification is a plus.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, returns, and complaints, stocking shelves, planogram updates, and occasional in-store services. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Must provide outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service.
• Able to multitask and assist customers on the phone and in-store simultaneously.
• Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish, is highly desired.
• Able to recognize and match alphanumeric part numbers quickly.
• ASE certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist retail and installer customers with merchandise selection.
• Support store management and professional customers as directed.
• Process cash/credit transactions, exchanges, and returns per policy.
• Resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Assist with stock, planograms, and cycle counts.
• Perform in-store services (e.g., wipers, batteries) after training.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle if eligible.
