Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet retail and installer customers and help them select merchandise.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists as needed.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy.
• Handle cash, checks, and card transactions securely.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and in-store.
• Maintain stock, planograms, and image updates.
• Perform in-store services and, when needed, occasional local deliveries.
