Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts in Elk Grove is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver a high level of service to retail and installer customers. You will greet customers, look up parts, quote prices, and help with related items while supporting store management.

Ideal candidates may be bilingual (Spanish), familiar with automotive parts, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment. Training and performance-based opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Able to multitask handling in-store and on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly in a friendly manner and assist in merchandise selection.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists for professional customers.
• Process transactions with cash, checks, credit cards, and returns as per policy.
• Answer store calls and lookup parts, quote prices, and suggest related items under Low-Price Guarantee.
• Perform daily operational tasks such as stocking, planogram updates, and store maintenance.
• Drive a delivery vehicle when needed and allowed by policy.
• All other duties as assigned.
