You will assist retail and wholesale customers, apply product knowledge, and support daily store operations including POS transactions and order fulfillment.

This role emphasizes accurate parts identification, responsiveness to inquiries, and collaboration with the Counter Sales and Inventory teams to drive loyalty and efficiency.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn automotive parts and technology systems.
• Experience in automotive, retail, or parts environment preferred.
• ASE Certification not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide accurate automotive parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers.
• Deliver a consistently positive and engaging customer experience.
• Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and support team members.
• Operate POS, inventory/catalog tools, and communication devices.
• Maintain a fast-paced, high-energy store environment.
• Support inventory control, receiving, stocking, and cycle counts.
• Assist with deliveries and logistics to fulfill customer orders.
• Contribute to store operations and teamwork to improve performance.
