Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Salesperson in Brockton, MA. This entry-level role supports the DIY business with knowledge of store systems, basic automotive parts knowledge, and the ability to source from stores, hubs, and suppliers.

The position can be part-time or full-time, with safety certification preferred. You will drive sales, assist customers, service batteries and wipers, and maintain inventory and store standards.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment, providing superior customer experiences.
• English speaking required; Spanish a plus.
• Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• Basic knowledge of store systems and automotive parts knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goal and help store achieve its sales goals.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Responsible for inventory processes including truck put away, shoot outs, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
• Store cleanliness, stocking, and safely delivering parts to customers as needed.
