Advance Auto Parts in Wilmington, MA is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business, driving sales and delivering service. The role covers knowledge of store systems, basic automotive parts knowledge, and sourcing from stores, hubs, pdq, and external suppliers.

The position can be part time or full time, with fleet safety certification preferred. Responsibilities include providing excellent DIY services, meeting sales goals, and maintaining inventory and store standards.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to work days, evenings and weekends as needed.
• Fleet safety certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goal and help store reach sales goals.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, Back stock.
• Store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking and back stock.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
