Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business and help meet store sales and service objectives. The role requires familiarity with store systems, basic automotive knowledge, and the ability to source parts from various channels.

The position can be part-time or full-time, with standard duties across sales and inventory processes. Responsibilities include delivering an excellent customer experience, achieving personal and store sales goals, and

Qualifications

2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, with Spanish a plus.
Basic driving and navigation skills; able to work evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
Achieve personal sales goal and help store achieve its sales goals.
Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
Maintain store product and operational standards.
Responsible for inventory processes including truck put away, shoot outs, cycle counts, Back stock, etc.
Store cleanliness and stocking including truck stocking and back stock.
