This entry-level role covers in-store and phone sales, using store systems, and basic automotive parts knowledge to help customers find the right solutions. The position can be part-time or full-time and requires reliable teamwork, basic driving ability for deliveries, and flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends; safety and inventory processes are integral to day-to-day

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to use inventory systems and store equipment.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Able to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Basic math for transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach targets.
• Perform DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store appearance and inventory processes.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
• Support inventory tasks like cycle counts and stocking.
