Pull-A-Part, LLC is hiring for a Retail Sales Associate to be the first and last contact for customers. You will guide customers through the parts yard, answer questions, and process transactions to ensure a smooth retail operation.

You will use digital tools to locate parts, handle titles and paperwork, and promote store events and warranties while upholding our values of Respect, Help, Learn and Grow. This role requires customer-focused service and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a customer-facing role.
• Comfort with computers and digital tools.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays and OT.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, identifying their needs.
• Help customers find parts using digital tools.
• Process cash and card transactions quickly and accurately.
• Receive and process car titles and paperwork.
• Share promotions, warranties, and events with customers.
• Keep the store and yard clean and organized.
• Provide friendly and efficient service.
