Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business, deliver excellent customer service, and help achieve store sales goals. The role requires basic automotive knowledge and familiarity with store systems and parts lookup.

You will assist customers in-store and by phone, perform DIY services (battery installation, wiper installs), manage inventory, and stock parts. The position can be part-time or full-time, with shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment, providing superior customer experiences.
• Ability to use store systems and parts lookup to source from stores, hubs, and suppliers.
• Basic driving and navigation ability and willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends.

Aufgaben

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in-store and over the phone.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help the store reach its targets.
• Provide DIY services such as battery installation and wiper changes.
• Maintain store product and operational standards and manage inventory processes (stocking, cycle counts).
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed and support stock movement.
