Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required for team leadership and customer service.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts, is desirable.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repair is preferred.
• Able to obtain RSS Certification; bilingualism (Spanish) is highly desired.
• Fluency in multiple languages is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Oversee customer service levels on the showroom floor and ensure policy-compliant operations.
• Manage telephone coverage and timely processing of buy online/ship to store, transfers, and DC orders.
• Handle special orders, outside purchases, and returns with accurate refunds.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and communicate Zipline messages.
• Delegate merchandising tasks and ensure adherence to schedules and clock-in/out policies.
• Perform opening/closing duties, day-end procedures, and secure cash and premises.
• Execute other duties as assigned by management.
