Advance Auto Parts is hiring a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY service functions and parts sales. You will leverage extensive parts knowledge and store systems to assist DIY customers and stock parts efficiently.

The role requires 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, a valid driver's license, and ASE certification is preferred. Prior experience with POS and parts lookup systems is essential to success.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Valid driver's license; ASE certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of store systems and parts identification.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
• Assist in store inventory processes and maintain store cleanliness.
• Operate inventory systems and parts lookup tools.
