Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to deliver expert part knowledge and high-quality customer service in our DIY-oriented stores across the United States. The role requires strong automotive systems knowledge, inventory proficiency, and the ability to assist customers both in-store and over the phone.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in automotive parts, a valid driver's license, and ASE certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties)
• Assist in store inventory processes including cycle counts, back stock, etc.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
