Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is hiring a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY services and expert automotive knowledge. The role covers parts sourcing, inventory awareness, and high-quality customer interactions in a full-time capacity.

Ideal candidates bring 3-5 years of automotive parts experience, ASE certification preferred, and strong proficiency with store systems and diagnostics. Role includes key holder duties and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Must have valid driver's license; ASE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
