• Establish department goals and track performance against those goals.
• Provide regular reporting and recommendations to dealership management.

Full-Time | Automotive Parts Leadership

Holz Motors is looking for an experienced Parts Manager to lead our Retail Parts Department and take ownership of our overall parts inventory. This is a key leadership position for someone who understands that a successful parts department is built on strong inventory control, profitable sales, excellent customer service, and an accountable team.

The Parts Manager Director will be responsible for the overall performance and profitability of the Parts Department, including Retail, purchasing, and inventory management. This person will work closely with the Service Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Retail Parts Department.
• Manage and control overall parts inventory.
• Develop and maintain appropriate stocking levels.
• Monitor inventory turns, aging, obsolescence, and excess inventory.
• Manage parts purchasing and vendor relationships.
