Responsibilities

• Assist technicians in selecting required parts and guide customers to the full product line.
• Provide price quotes and information over the phone or in person.
• Review shop estimates to ensure correct parts and pricing alignment.
• Pull and fill orders from stock and notify manager of out-of-stock parts.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and parts transfers.
• Coordinate with service advisors and body shop for timely deliveries.
• Replenish inventory daily and support outside sales as needed.
