Qualifications

• Automotive industry experience preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience or training.
• Intermediate Excel proficiency.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians in selecting required parts.
• Provide price quotes and information to customers.
• Review body shop estimates for correct parts and pricing.
• Pull and fill orders from stock and notify when out-of-stock.
• Replenish inventory daily and assist outside sales reps.
• Ensure parts are billed on service repair orders and collect payments.
• Notify service advisor/customers when special-ordered parts arrive.
• Maintain orderly records of invoices, orders and estimates.
• Coordinate daily shipments, deliveries or pickups.
