Classic Collision is seeking an Auto Parts Coordinator in Schertz, TX to verify, track, and distribute auto parts efficiently to repair teams. The role emphasizes accurate processing, timely deliveries, and strong organization to maintain smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License Required
• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
• Strong organizational skills
• General parts knowledge preferred.
• Must be able to lift to 50 pounds
• Successful completion of background check required.

Responsibilities

• Verify and distribute parts promptly and accurately per center procedures to support repairs.
• Check in, tag, and distribute parts on receipt or by 9am for overnight deliveries.
• Verify parts accuracy using mirror match.
• Distribute parts to carts/containers and deliver to workstations.
• Post and scan parts.
• Return and re-order incorrect or damaged parts.
• Track incomplete orders, backorders, and credits and follow up.
• Complete parts hot runs as necessary.
• Maintain pending credits at zero.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
