Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a Parts Clerk to help manage incoming parts and keep our repair orders up to date at our San Antonio location. You will verify deliveries, check part quality, and ensure correct parts are matched to orders.

You will coordinate with vendors, monitor shipments, and handle invoicing in the Crash Champions estimating platform. A high school diploma and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check in parts and match delivered parts to repair orders.
• Inspect delivered parts for quality and note any issues or delays.
• Return incorrect parts promptly to the vendor.
• Monitor deliveries and communicate with vendors on status.
• Coordinate parts invoicing, posting invoices in Crash Champions’ estimating platform and make corrections as needed.
