Qualifications

• Strong communication skills for high-volume calls.
• Knowledge of auto parts and automotive industry.
• Experience in auto parts sales preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Answer high volume incoming calls.
• Enter orders promptly and accurately.
• Assist customers with quotes.
• Available Monday through Saturday, 7:30 am to 6:30 pm.
• Greet and thank customers calling XL Parts.
