Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a self-motivated Sales Pro who thrives on finding and winning new customers, growing wholesale business and sustaining relationships after the sale. This role promotes the full NAPA line to wholesale customers and coordinates with local store leadership to expand the customer base.

You will drive store growth, manage leads, deliver product education through seminars and clinics, and provide outstanding service to resolve problems.

Qualifications

• Retail store or outside sales experience.
• 2+ years in a customer-focused role in a quota-driven environment.
• Strong selling skills: preparing for calls, handling objections, closing deals and account maintenance.
• Valid driver's license with limited violations in the last 4 years.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of company-owned NAPA Auto Parts stores, customer base, sales and profits.
• Promote the entire line of NAPA products and programs to Wholesale Customers.
• Develop plans with Store Manager to increase sales and proactively initiate, contact, manage and develop leads locally.
• Engage customers and keep them connected through NAPA's eSales programs.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and provide strong customer service including solving problems and questions.
