Qualifications

2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment, providing superior customer experiences.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Basic automotive parts knowledge or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach its targets.
Perform DIY services such as battery installation, testing, and wiper installations.
Maintain store inventory and operational standards.
Manage inventory processes including truck put-away, cycle counts, and back stock.
Ensure store cleanliness and general stocking tasks.
