Advance Auto Parts Inc. seeks an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business and help meet sales/service objectives. The role combines customer-facing duties with basic automotive knowledge and store-system usage.

Responsibilities include assisting DIY customers in-store and by phone, performing services, and maintaining inventory and cleanliness while adhering to safety standards. The position can be part-time or full-time with flexible scheduling.

Formación

• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus, and communicate effectively with customers and team.
• Read and interpret safety and maintenance manuals, parts catalogs, and procedures.
• Use basic math for everyday transactions and measurements.
• Able to work a mix of days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals; assist with DIY services (battery installs, wiper installs).
• Maintain store product and operational standards; support inventory processes.
• Safely deliver parts when needed and keep stock organized.
• Assist with store cleanliness and general stocking; handle truck stocking and back stock.
