Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business and meet sales objectives. You will work with store systems, have basic automotive and parts knowledge, and assist with sourcing from stores, hubs, PDQ, and suppliers.

The role may be part-time or full-time, with responsibilities in service, inventory, and delivery to customers. The position requires basic driving, clear communication, and ability to work varied shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs and manuals.
• Use basic math accurately in all units of measure.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store meet targets.
• Handle DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards and inventory processes.
