Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business and help achieve sales and service objectives. You should have basic automotive knowledge, store system familiarity, and the ability to source parts from stores, hubs, and suppliers.

The role can be part-time or full-time, with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences. You will perform DIY services, manage inventory, and maintain store standards while engaging with customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus) to communicate with customers and team members.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, parts catalogs, and manuals.
• Use basic math for transactions and parts pricing.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in person and over the phone.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store meet sales targets.
• Perform DIY services like battery installations and wiper installations.
• Maintain store inventory and operational standards.
• Handle inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, and back stock.
