Job summary

Talentify is seeking a delivery driver to serve pro customers in Waterloo, IA. You will pick, stage and safely deliver parts, pick up returns, and drop off promotional materials while promoting sales and loyalty programs.

The role requires driving validated by a clean record, strong customer service, and the ability to upsell and cross-sell. You’ll work with inventory knowledge, engage walk-in customers, and handle daily credit account collections as part of a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Strong English communication; Spanish a plus.
• Willingness to work days/evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote current sales/loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; provide CPP insights from deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness (floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot).
• Stocking including truck stock, back stock and cycle counts.
• Know inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
• Engage walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts/services.
• Other duties as assigned.
