Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a delivery driver in Groveport, OH to pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs. Daily duties include collecting payments and upselling products, with a focus on maintaining store cleanliness and accurate inventory handling.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, safety awareness, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pickup returns and cores.
• Promote current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
