Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers, and to pick up returns and cores. You will drop off weekly sales flyers and promote loyalty programs, while maintaining store cleanliness and inventory knowledge.

The role requires safe driving, strong customer service, and the ability to use the delivery board system. You will engage with walk-in customers, upsell products, and support store operations and cycle counts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to perform basic math for transactions and inventory.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; provide CPP insights.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and general stocking.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
