Responsibilities

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs and policies.
• Promptly greet retail customers and assist in selecting merchandise.
• Assist with servicing professional customers as needed and directed.
• Provide excellent service to customers calling the store and quote prices.
• Process exchanges and returns per company policies.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
