The Russ Darrow Group is seeking a reliable Parts Counterperson to join our Parts Department at Russ Darrow Metro CJDR - Milwaukee, WI 53224. This full-time, day-shift position offers daily customer interaction and teamwork within a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities include providing parts information, quotes, billing, order fulfillment, and inventory tracking, with training provided for those new to the field. Great team culture and growth opportunities available.

Competenze

• Experience in customer service or retail settings.
• Familiarity with supply chain or warehouse workflows.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in transactions.

Mansioni

• Communicate with customers and dealership staff in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer phone calls and provide accurate price quotes and vehicle-specific parts information
• Process parts payments and ensure accurate billing
• Fulfill customer and technician orders from available inventory
• Input parts orders for daily shipment, delivery, or customer pick-up
• Track all incoming and outgoing parts to maintain accurate inventory records
• Locate and source parts when items are out of stock
• Use parts catalogs and manuals to identify the correct parts by vehicle make, model, and year
