Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Previous experience in a parts store or automotive industry.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Love fast-paced retail environments.
• Great listening skills and empathy for customers.
• ASE Certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide auto parts answers and solutions at the counter/phone.
• Assist other team members with customer questions.
• Deliver outstanding customer care in-store.
• Engage customers to create a positive experience.
• Use the store technology, cash register, and catalog system.
