Job summary

Auto Value is hiring a Store Counter Sales Representative to greet customers, offer product advice, and ensure they leave with the right parts and a great experience. You’ll support both retail and commercial customers, assist with lookups, returns, and promotions, and help maintain an organized, safe store environment.

Ideal candidates have automotive parts knowledge, strong communication, and familiarity with POS systems, catalogs, and inventory tasks. A valid driver's license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Automotive parts knowledge or industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with parts catalogs and point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide expert product advice to ensure correct parts selection.
• Assist retail and commercial customers with parts lookup, returns, and inquiries.
• Proactively suggest add-ons and stay updated on promotions.
• Handle phone inquiries to support deliveries and in-store sales.
• Process transactions accurately and maintain store policies.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and safe, with inventory support.
