Qualifications

• Strong customer service, communication and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find the right parts using catalogs and lookup systems.
• Build relationships with retail and commercial customers.
• Support sales by recommending related products and promotions.
• Process sales, returns, phone inquiries, and pickups accurately.
• Assist with paint mixing and parts requests as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe store operations.
