Qualifications

• Automotive parts knowledge or experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to accurately process transactions and identify parts.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and catalogs is a plus.
• A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• A willingness to learn, follow established procedures, and contribute to a team.

Responsibilities

• Help Customers Find the Right Parts: Use catalogs and lookup systems to identify products and provide recommendations.
• Build Customer Relationships: Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service to retail and commercial customers.
• Support Sales: Recommend related products, share promotions, and identify additional customer needs.
• Handle Counter Operations: Process sales and returns accurately, answer phone inquiries, and assist with pickups and deliveries.
• Support Paint and Parts Services: Assist with paint mixing and non-application parts requests as needed.
• Keep the Store Running Smoothly: Receive and organize freight, stock inventory, and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Learn and Grow: Build automotive product knowledge through hands-on experience and team collaboration.
