Auto Value is hiring Store Counter Sales Representatives to help customers find the right auto parts, build relationships, and support sales. Roles include counter operations, answering inquiries, and coordinating deliveries.

Full-time and part-time opportunities with benefits are available. Candidates should have automotive parts knowledge or experience, strong customer service and problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Automotive parts knowledge or experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accurate transaction processing.
• Familiarity with POS systems and catalogs is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to learn and follow procedures.
• Dependable, positive attitude and team player.

Responsabilités

• Help customers find the right parts using catalogs and lookup systems.
• Build customer relationships and serve retail and commercial customers.
• Support sales by recommending related products and promotions.
• Handle counter operations: process sales/returns, phone inquiries, pickups, and deliveries.
• Assist paint and parts services as needed.
• Keep store organized: receive shipments, stock inventory, and maintain safety.
