Replacement Parts, Inc. seeks a Counter Salesperson to provide over-the-counter sales and order support for the Bumper to Bumper Auto Parts store network. You will assist customers in selecting parts, lookup stock and pricing, and handle transactions to ensure smooth daily operations.

The role emphasizes courteous service, teamwork, and adherence to safety and company policies while contributing to overall sales performance.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented with the ability to determine parts needed and offer solutions.
• Strong communication skills to assist customers in person and by phone.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced automotive parts store.

Responsibilities

• Provide over-the-counter sales and process in-person and phone orders.
• Research part availability using computer and catalogs; verify stock and pricing.
• Pull and stock parts on the sales floor and in back rooms; assist with deliveries when needed.
• Handle cash/credit transactions and maintain accurate invoices/credit records.
• Open/close store as assigned; participate in safe, compliant store operations.
