Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; GED acceptable.
• One year of professional automotive parts experience or two years hobbyist automotive parts experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Attend work every day, on time, as scheduled.
• Provide exceptional customer service including assisting in determining parts needed.
• Demonstrate courteous, respectful conduct toward customers and co-workers.
• Locate and pull parts for orders and process deliveries.
• Handle cash and credit transactions; invoice/credit customer accounts.
• Learn and apply store systems and processes; work with team.
