Competition Subaru of Smithtown is seeking a dependable Parts Counterperson to join our busy dealership team. You will assist front counter retail customers, service internal technicians, and process online orders.

Counter experience is required, but dealership experience is NOT required. We welcome applicants from any parts background and offer dealership training to help you succeed. Saturday work is mandatory and opportunities for career growth are available.

Qualifikationen

• Requires counter experience in parts, automotive aftermarket, heavy equipment, power sports, hardware, or general retail parts.
• High school diploma or equivalent; driver’s license preferred.
• CDK experience preferred, training provided if needed.

Aufgaben

• Greet and assist retail customers at the front counter, identify correct parts, check availability, and process payments.
• Unload shipments, stock shelves, organize inventory, and maintain accurate bin locations.
• Process and fulfill online/e-commerce parts orders with accuracy and speed.
• Pull parts for service orders and bill onto work orders for technicians.
• Answer calls, provide price quotes, and check stock status.
• Collaborate with the counter team on stock receiving and inventory counts.
