Lou Fusz Automotive Network is seeking a dependable Parts Counterperson to join our busy Parts and Service team in Columbus, OH. You will assist technicians, advisors, and customers by locating, pricing, and dispensing the right parts to keep vehicles on the road.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive dealership parts experience preferred.
• Experience with parts catalogs, dealership management systems, and inventory systems.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work with both internal and external customers.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests in a busy environment.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.
• Accurate and efficient with part numbers, pricing, and discounts.
• Dependable, punctual, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Assist service technicians and advisors with identifying, locating, and supplying correct parts.
• Assist retail and wholesale customers with inquiries, pricing, and ordering.
• Use electronic catalogs and dealership systems to identify parts.
• Provide pricing, availability, and delivery information.
• Pull and fill parts orders from inventory.
• Process special orders, backorders, and emergencies.
• Communicate order status with technicians, advisors, and customers.
• Ensure parts are billed to the correct repair order.
• Maintain clean, safe, organized parts counter and work area.
• Build relationships with technicians, vendors, and customers.
